Launched by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, in collaboration with the Department of Government Enablement and delivered by the Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, Tamkeen is a comprehensive framework designed to provide growth opportunities for startups and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (mSMEs)
Tamkeen provides businesses with the right mix of capital, expertise, market access and policy support to help them scale confidently, strengthen resilience and create the next generation of global.

Khalifa Fund Membership Programme
A unified membership framework offering tailored non-financial support to UAE nationals across three stages: Future Entrepreneur, Ideator and Entrepreneur (Start & Scale). Members gain access to training, incubation, mentorship and business development services aligned with their growth journey.
